Just got my latest results back. Been told they're fine except for Vit d but how come I feel absolutely awful. I'm so exhausted I find it hard to function. When I do do anything I feel as though I'm going to pass out. I'm light headed and my heart rate shoots up. I'm being referred back to the hospital as my Gp is at a loss as to why I'm feeling so ill. Can anyone shed any light on it. I'm on 150 levo and now prescription strength Vit d.😊

Low vitamin D can do that. But you need to take co factors with it was well. When you take Vitamun D your calcium levels increase as well so mine went over range. Then I heard about co factors, K2 and Magnesium so I added them in K2 takes the calcium out of the blood and puts it in the bones and teeth and Magnesium locks it in there. Otherwise you are at risk of gall and kidney stones, muscle calcification and heart issues as the heart is muscle.
K2 though mustn't be taken if on blood thinners.
One my next testing calcium was back to normal so it does work.
B12 also low and would be better around 500+. Ferritin is low and it is suggested that around 70+ is good. What amount of VitD are you taking ? No Folate result. What supplements are you taking ?
