Low T4 problem

Can anyone shed any light as to why my T4 would consistantly low? When I try to add more T4 I get hyper symptoms but still feeling a bit hypo on current dose. All my other numbers are optimal.

TSH - 0.1116 (2.7-4.2)

FT3 - 5.29 (3.1-6.8)

FT4 - 13.2 (12-22)

RT3 - 15 (10-24)

FT3:RT3 22.96 (>15)

Thanks

What thyroid meds are you taking? If taking T3 or NDT that tends to lower FT4. There's some room to increase your FT3 if you are taking T3 or NDT, which may help with the hypo symptoms.

I’m on T4/T3 combo. Might be worth upping the T3 to 3x a day rather than 2x

Only increase T3 by 5mcg or 6.25mcg depending on what brand you use. See how that goes for a few weeks.
