Has anybody else been told this is no longer available. It’s a lactose free German brand and pharmacist tells me supplier can no longer get it. I’ve been stable on this for several years after some disastrous reactions to other brands?

Have you contacted any German pharmacies? Whilst we are still in the EU, you can use your ordinary NHS (or private) prescription - order over internet and send prescription by post.

Whilst I don't know if they source Aliud T4, they readily source German Thybon Henning T3, so presumably have a good international wholesaler/importer who might also be able to source what you need.
