Hello, My hairs fallen out a lot last year. Its shocking whats happened. I still do not feel well. I had early menopause at 33 now i am 47 years old. I think i should have T3 but the consultant discharged me saying the TSH results were satisfactory, so i'm researching for a new doctor. I'm seeing nutrionalist again to improve my gut but i haven't seen any results. Can I have some advice. thank you

Hi I have hypothyroidism and my hair used to fall out a lot and I struggled to get my weight down. I read up on zinc and magnesium and effects on thyroid function and found they are key minerals for thyroid function I also take probiotics in the morning. I take zinc once every 3 days , magnesium after my dinner . It may not help as what works for one person might not for another but it’s worth a go I feel like my old self again and am almost down to my pre baby weight 2 years later hope you feel better soon 😊
Holland and Barrett high strength zinc 15 mg just be carful of zinc toxicity and supermarket magnesium 375mg it could be worth having a mineral blood test to see how deficient you are x
