Today I ate 3oz pork roast, cooked cubes potatoes, green beans cooked with onion and parsley, and then lastly 2 tangerines.
I feel great, I was eating at my friends house and was offered yogurt but since my thyroid I’ve been trying to avoid dairy, gluten, sugar and processed foods ( hasn’t been going great) but I’m very proud that I was able to say no! But now I keep having thoughts about wanting yogurt.

Then eat yoghurt! Depriving yourself isn't going to help anything. As long as you don't have any sort of dairy allergy, a pot of yoghurt isn't going to hurt you.
I don't think 'allowing yourself' is a good mindset. If you start feeling deprived, it will make you want it even more, and then you'll end up binging. Just think of yourself as eating normally. I don't like yoghurt, but if someone told me I couldn't have it, I'd start craving it.
