Can someone help with latest results and advise if I need to increase NDT or how to determine whether adrenal as on HC too.
The test was done about 48 hours after last dose of NDT ( I aimed for 24 but then noticed the thrive test said to do it fasted and so had to wait till next day) and I am I’m unsure if you can accurately determine whether the low levels are to be expected (as 48 hours after NDT) or show I should increase.
I still have symptoms such as fatigue and foggy headed and muscle aches but no where near as bad as prior to treatment.
I am currently taking 3 grains.
Thank you

Those labs are absolutely useless if you left 48 hours. Should be 24 hours for levo and 12 hours for T3/NDT. Plus, they are too small to read, anyway. Sorry.
I agree with Greygoose, your thyroid results aren't any use. Plus the results aren't easy to read.
As for fasting, eating might affect TSH only, not the actual hormone levels. Fasting is needed for a full iron panel but not Ferritin alone.
Do you use B12 injections? Your Active B12 is very high at 300.
Ferritin looks high at 265 but I can't read the range, normal range for females is 13-150 with these private tests.
Folate looks as though it might be OK, it should be at least half way through range - add the low number and high number of the range together and divide by 2 = half way.
Vit D at 96.7nmol/L is just shy of the level recommended by the Vit D Society (100-150) and a bit lower than the level recommended by the Vit D Council (125nmol/L), so if you are supplementing then I'd carry on at a maintenance dose, if not then you may find you will make Vit D from the sun soon as it's nearing the summer months.
I think you could drop off your B12 supplement for a while, our "store" is supposed to be good for a couple of years but you could retest in about 4-5 months to see what you are holding on to.
As you're male, you ferritin is good
Tsh - 4.22 mlu/l range 0.27 - 4.3
Ft4 - 12.8 pmol range 12- 23.0
Ft3 3.55 pmol range 3.1 - 6.8
Considering you left off NDT for 48 hours, I'm rather surprised your FT4/FT3 levels are reasonable. Taking NDT is going to lower FT4 anyway, and one would expect to see FT3 reasonably high up the range, and a low TSH. You really need to repeat the thyroid test to get a proper picture though. Nice low antibodies (similar to mine).
Appreciate you taking the time to reply and I will get a more up to date test soon. It may be that the adrenals that are still causing me issues, but reassuring that antibodies and ferritin is good!
