B vits, anything with biotin in it, stop for 5 -7 days before any blood test(though three days seemed fine for me but I leave 5 now)

Medichecks recommend to leave biotin/B complex off for 7 days before a blood test - that's any blood test not just Thyroid.
Vit C and Vit D no problem - just take after the test on the day.
