Taking Curcumin

Has anyone here had experience of taking curcumin, not as a part of tumeric but on its own? I'm interested for its inflammatory properties. Thinking of taking this version LLS Curcumin 95 Advanced (containing ONLY ACTIVE CURCUMIN with 95% Curcuminoids + BioPerine®, Vitamin D3, Tomato and Ginger Root). When should you take it to avoid any interaction with Levo?

I take Curamed curcumin also for inflammation. Curamed's supposed to be one of the best. I wait at least two hours after taking thyroid.

I take Love Life Supplements Curcumin 95 with Bioperine (which increases absorption) and I am pleased to say that, even in the 3 weeks I've been taking them, I have seen a definite reduction in the niggling (and sometimes nasty) pain from arthritis in my hips since taking it, which is a vast improvement. It's a bit more expensive than the usual Curcumin (which I used to take and wasn't very effective), but I will definitely will be ordering these again! (from Amazon)
