I was diagnosed a year ago with hashimotos and had results with antibodies and TSH 14 and T4 10.2. I started on Levo 50mg and I am now taking 125 mg since the doctors have never been able to get my levels yet into range. I’m confused because my latest results are the best they have been (TSH 14.5 and T4 4.1) however I have worse symptoms than when I was first medicated. I feel excessively tired and always cold (I know it’s winter). Surely I should feel ok now with the recent blood test results?

A year on medication and now feeling excessively tired
Sorry that should say TSH 4.1 and T4 14.5 for my most recent results
Always show the ranges for test results as labs differ. It is important to also know FT3, antibodies, ferritin, folate, B12 ,D3 .GPs often do not do all which is why many on this site use private testing.See Thyroid UK web site .TSH should be close to 1 or below so it looks like you need an increase of Levo.
TSH 4.1 and T4 14.5
TSH is far too high, can't comment on FT4 without the range. You are undermedicated and this is why you are symptomatic. The aim of a treated hypo patient generally is for TSH to be 1 or lower with FT4 and FT3 in the upper part of their ranges if that is where you feel well. You need an increase in our dose of Levo, and as Treepie has said, full thyroid panel and vitamins testing, not just TSH and FT4.
