I have just be diagnosed with copd. What is the best bedding to buy? Also I have to lose weight thinking of joining a slimming club, any advice to which will be useful. Thank you.

Are your thyroid levels optimal? If not, you'll find if very difficult to lose weight.

I have COPD and bronchiectasis. I haven't changed my bedding in any way at all. I haven't found the need as my breathing is not worse in bed. Saying that, I don't have any feather pillows or duvet which could be a problem for some people.
