L-lysene and Hashimotos

I am thinking about trying L-lysene. Has anyone with Hashimotos tried it with what results?

I see that it has to be taken on an empty stomach first thing on waking, but I take my NDT then.

Has anyone got any advice on getting round this please?

Thank you

Never heard of Lysine being used for anything except herpes virus. If you are a vegan you might need supplementary Lysine but, if not, you probably get plenty on your food. If you think your Hashis was caused by a virus related to herpes, you could try Lysine and vit C, or just eat lots of meat and very few nuts (no soy, although it is high in Lysine), plus dried apricots (if you don't have a blood sugar problem).

It was on the basis of watching Dr Tent's lectures on you tube that made make the decision to try L-lysene. I have recurring flu like symptoms chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia which he treats with L-lysene. It's worth a try.

Worth a try, usually taken with vitamin C for viral infections.
