Wow jim, that is totally incredible, I like it! It makes it a lot easier to go from US units to UK units. But you know, they missed one out: Fahrenheit to Centigrade (or vice-a-versa), we still do Fahrenheit in the US and I just don't have a feel for body temp or fevers in Centigrade.

All you have to do is type into a search engine - DuckDuckGo or Google and quite possibly others - something like this: 86.5 f in c

Some parts of the USA might be just about cold enough at the moment for the C or F not to matter. Try putting in: -40 c in f

Yes, that's true. I never had any idea about negative temperatures because when I was growing up in Birmingham we only knew that 1 degree of frost was as cold as you could get for the year so you'd better wear your scarf, hat and mittens on your way to school. But the upside was that you could slide all the way home!
