Time of day for a blood test

I have just come back from my GP as for the last 4 weeks I have been feeling as if my internal thermostat was't working. Been going hot and cold, tired/achey, headache feeling like my brain was in fog, poor memory, subtle off balance feeling. Some days very hungry and other days not. Generally really out of sorts.

I have a blood test form with many tests ticked.

I was told I didn't need to fast for the test and no advice given in timing of the test.

As I get my thyroid test done early with fasting and no levothyroxine in the previous 24 hours as advised here.

Are there any tests in the list that are time dependant which the GP hasn't told me about. Given the normal lack of GP awareness I wanted to ask the more knowledgeable people here. Thanks.

Your cortisol levels need to be checked by 9am at the latest.
