Hi everyone,

Been a while since I posted, I’m still struggling with sleeping, getting off to sleep mainly, no idea why, so wanted to put it out there and ask if anyone has the same problem and if they’ve been able to solve it.

I’ve been diagnosed with hashimotos hypothyroidism and currently taking 100 mg levothyroxine , I’m due a blood test next wedsneday to see what my levels are at now.

Any advice would be very welcome .

Thanks Derek.
