Hello Maya_83,

The ration is T3:T4 1:3. Sometimes 1:4 dependent on brand so 6.25 T3 is usually 18.75 T4

Thank you.

I'm on Tiromel.

If I add another 3.25 of t3 to my already does of 25mch of levo and 6.25mcg of t3 I get really jumpy heart, my heart races really fast and it can wake me up sometimes from my sleep, so wanted to know what the overall dose was.. x

I'm also 8weeks pregnant so really worried ☹

Congratulations!

It is very important you have a good gp to c correctly dose you. Now that we know, can you add your blood test results and ranges as baby uses your thyroid until about 12 weeks.

25mcg is a really small dose. Some people start on this, most start on 50/75mcg T4. And reach in the low hundreds before adding T3 - as they know how well the convert T4 to T3. Please add results as a matter of urgency so we can help you.

Thank you.

Just added my results which was done on the 21/12/18.

These results reflect when I was taking 37.5mcg of levo and 50mcg monday and Friday only. T3 6.25mcg daily.

But I was getting really bad palpitations, making it difficult to sleep, very jumpy and felt like heart was gonna pop out, hence why I reduced it. ( maybe wasn't a good idea, but I feel better??)

It's been only a week since I reduced it to 25mcg of levo and tried adding another 3.5 mcg of t3 at night. (hoping I haven't done any damage😢) But still very jumpy.
