Is it coincidences Since NDT ? Or is it connected ?

Are your iron/ferritin/transferrin saturation/haemoglobin levels okay? I have found that iron deficiency increases my weakness/reduces my strength a lot.

“ • You have a bruise that lasts longer than two weeks without changing. It may not be a bruise at all or be caused by an underlying problem.”
Had them over 1 year now - getting more painful - getting a doctors appointment so laborious I give up sometimes & she’ll only look baffled & send me for a blood test which won’t show anything 🤣
VitC Deficiency ?
I take 1,000 mg a day plus zinc - plus follow AIP protocol meat , fish , plant based - so loads of organic broccoli 🥦 spinach , sweet potatoes, spring greens , Fruits etc - but my concern is - it’s since starting Nature Throid ? - not sure if that’s just coincidence or related - Maybe it doesn’t agree with me ? But WP apparently not available- Erfa has corn & stuff added 🤔
Easy bruising and arm weakness can be symptoms of too much, too little, or the wrong balance of thyroid hormones. As you're on Nature-Throid which contains both hormones in a fixed ratio, it could be you need to look at that as a possible cause.
When did you last have a blood glucose test? With the inflammation you have also, maybe when you see your GP you should rule out diabetes? Sorry if that sounds alarmist, really not meant to. I saw something about bruising (as well as other skin indications) in Dr Paul Mason's video which humanbean posted recently.
It might just be too much T3 in the NDT for you . What are your FT3 and FT4 RT3 TSH values ?
Thanks for this- If you have time you see my earlier posts you can see my photo of latest medichecks results. as I can't seem to add the photo here as a reply? I don't think? Thank you - good tip.
From my own experience when dosing on more T-3 than my body can handle I experienced muscle pains in my thighs making it harder to climb stairs . I lowered my NDT and the muscle pain and weakness resolved . I'm wondering if you split your NDT ? It might be that 1) to much T3 for you in general 2) it also possible if you don't split your NDT you are dosing with more T3 than your body can handle in one dose . You would be better served splitting your NDT 2-3x /day . Small doses of NDT/T3 for some who might be more sensitive to T3 can be very helpful . While others can dose with all their NDT/T3 in one gulp . It might also be an adrenal insufficiency for the T3 in the NDT your dosing with . NT 3 grains has 27mcg T3 and 114mcg T4 . It might not have enough T4 to the T3 you might need .
My Endo goes mainly by symptoms more so than lab values . Symptoms are Cellular results .
