What is wrong with me?

Hi. My throat has been feeling swollen (like there is a lump inside) with pressure against my trachea for the past 13 months. I have been feeling pain off and on in my head and neck area as well. My Thyroid function tests have always come up within normal range. I had an ultrasound which showed I had no nodules but a ‘slightly prominent’ thyroid gland. The doctors can’t tell me what the problem is. I am in so much pain.

Do you know exactly what was tested - the names of the tests? Exactly what the results were? And the ranges? If so, post them all on here. Just being in-range is not always good enough.
