Just had my results back and would appreciate some advice.
TSH 0.64 miu/L range (0.5 -4.4) take 50 one day and 75 the next. Alternative days. Been on thyroxine for over 60 years.
Vitamin D 64nmol/L came back above high reference limit. Feel vitamin D is a bit low, been taking vitamin D tablets since end of September. As had low vitamin D in the past.
Been suffering with ackeing legs and fatigue and just wondered what was causing the problems.
Thanks for any advice.

TSH i.e. thyroid stimulating hormone isn't sufficient when we have clinical symptoms.
The least the doctor should do but I know they don't is check:-
TSH, T4, T3, Free T4, Free T3 and thyroid antibodies.
All blood tests for thyroid hormones have to be always at the very earliest, fasting (you can drink water) and allow a gap of 24 hours between your last dose of levo and the test and take afterwards. This keeps your TSH at its highest as that's all doctors seem to take notice of and maybe T4.
If your doctor will not do other than TSH and T4 you can get a test from one of our private labs following the advice above. I shall give a link and if you decide, they are home pin-prick finger tests and make sure you are well hydrated a couple of days before blood draw.
