Can anyone recommend a good GP for Hashimoto's in the Portsmouth area?

Hi everyone! I will be moving to Fareham, Hampshire, next week and I am keen to find a GP that will take my condition (Hashimoto's thyroiditis) seriously... If anyone knows of a GP who has a more holistic approach and an interest in autoimmune conditions, please let me know.

Many thanks, Helen :)
