Blue Horizon Thyroid Test Help!
Hello!
I recieved the Blue Horizon Medicals Thyroid Plus 10 at home testing kit today and I intended to do the test first thing tomorrow after waking. However, they have forgotten to include the instruction leaflet - this is my first time - so I have no idea what I am doing! Their telephone lines don't open until 9am, so I was wondering if anyone has a link to a PDF copy or could type the steps required below!

Remember to put the pre printed labels on the little test tubes before you post them and there should also be a form for you to complete. If you haven’t got the pre printed form and little labels don’t do anything until you’ve spoken to them.
