My new saliva test!

My new saliva cortisol test. Please ,help what to do with this results? I am struggling for long time ... with high morning cortisol, tried Tulsi tea, drinking almost a year decaf only coffe. I checked my cortisol in 2016 and now, it’s almost identical .

Cortisol At 8 am. .................15.3. Normal range (3.7- 9.5 ng/ml )

Cortisol 11 am...................2.7. ( 1.2 - 3.0 ng/ml)

Cortisol 5.0 pm................ 1.5. ( 0.6 - 1.9 ng/ml)

Cortisol. 11:30pm..................0.8. (0.4 -1.0 ng/ml)

Open to any advice !!
