Any advice on her results would be appreciated.

Is she taking any vitamin supplements?

Diagnosed as having hypothyroidism and on Levothyroxine?

No she hasn't been diagnosed with hypothyroidism. She has b12 jabs every few months. She is symptomatic though. She aches all over and feels awful. The Dr won't give her any thing for hypothyroidism. Just trying to get to the bottom of this.
