Can anyone advise on chelating heavy metals? Andrew Cutler protocol seems successful but I'm terrified ill get worse. Anyone been through it or similar?

I've also been researching heavy metal chelation & believe Cutler's protocol is the most effective. Everyone's selling binders since detox is trendy, but I don't think they're sufficient & I worry about redistribution. Also, most don't provide independent testing & research to prove they actually work. I haven't started Cutler's protocol because first I have to have amalgams removed. I can't afford a biological dentist yet. There's a FB page for Cutler. I've found it quite helpful facebook.com/groups/acfanat....
