What is this
Might be crepitus perhaps, which can cause grinding, creaking, or popping feelings. The theory is that air bubbles are passing through soft tissues which find their way around the knee joint. These air bubbles then mix with synovial fluid and when the knee is bent, the bubbles burst.
Sounds a lot like what im going through. I do a lot of sports, especially one where i do the same movement “juggling with a soccer ball and doing tricks with it” can that have any kind of impact on it?
Benign fasciculation syndrome perhaps? I’ll let you have the fun of Googling that but in brief, it’s the twitching of a muscle.
Thanks for the reply, appreciate it🙏🏼
Search Youtube for benign fasciculations - several people have filmed theirs. You can find out if it fits your problem just by watching one or two of them for 30 seconds.
I have to admit I was grateful for them being videoed - it explained a problem I could never describe. I fixed the issue, and my leg cramps, by improving my iron levels and my magnesium levels.
