What does TSH of 0.030 mean ?

Are my recent labs ok ? TSH was 0.030 - normal range 0.450-4.500 , free t4 1.40 normal range 0.82 - 1.77 Free t3 2.8 normal range 2.0- 4.4. I noticed my TSH is below range. What exactly does this mean? Thanks for answers.

Once you are on thyroid hormone replacement, it doesn't mean very much at all. It does mean that the pituitary believes there is enough thyroid hormone in your blood - but that is, essentially, the blood in the pituitary, not necessarily in the rest of the body.

And, it's true that you do have a good level of FT4. But, you're not converting it to T3 very well. Your FT3 is quite low. So, if you still have hypo symptoms, that will be the reason.
