I take my levo at night and I’m having a blood test at 9 tomorrow. Should I still take levo tonight? Thanks in advance!

Short answer...no!

But take your tablet straight after the test and at your normal time tomorrow evening. Don't forget to leave an hour before eating anything or drinking tea/coffee etc. after taking the tablet after your blood test. :)

spongecat has given good advice. It is not dangerous to have two doses on the same day. Some can take a week's dose of levo all at once.
