I do feel my worse symptoms as early morning as cortisol starts to rise and start to feel better afternoon. My TSH is suppressed almost always while T3/T4 are normal. My cortisol is also normal or low, Can normal cortisol worsen my secondary hypothyroid?
Any suggestion to try to increase low TSH?

Whether hypothyroidism is secondary or primary the treatment is still the same and too low thyroid hormone can compromise the adrenals glands.
Cortisol can be measured in a variety of ways and some are much informative than others in assessing cortisol output at differing times of the day. Is your cortisol normal or low and is this a total output or measured at different times over a 24 hour period ?
It is true that imbalanced cortisol levels can alter the HPA axis so effecting thyroid gland output and conversion of T4 - T3. But also that some have a low TSH through medicating T3, an actual pituitary issue or alterations to the HPA axis resulting in a possibly down regulation where the TSH response may have become blunted.
If you advise what you are medicating and post cortisol results complete with ranges (numbers in brackets) members will comment.
