Before you self medicate, I would pursue the Central Hypothyroidism suggestion I made in your previous post. Did you read the links I gave you? Central Hypothyroidism is where the problem lies with the pituitary or the hypothalamus and is suggested when TSH is normal, low or slightly elevated, with low FT4.
I think you should take the information from those links and discuss the possibility of Central Hypothyroidism with your doctor, because if the problem is with the pituitary or the hypothalamus that needs investigating.
I agree with SeasideSusie . It's most important to investigate possible Central hypo, because the pituitary doesn't just make TSH, is makes many other hormones, that they too could be low. In which case, just replacing the thyroid hormones will not make you well.
Even if it should be central hypo, bringing the thyroid up to speed MIGHT increase the production of other hormones. IMO, even a knowledgeable endo or GP, even after doing a full hormone panel, along with a full thyroid panel, would start with the thyroid and maybe the adrenal glands if cortisol is low.
