Counting down the days til 9th Nov and results to see if iodine has killed of thyriod cancer that has spread to my chest and lungs. Its been a very long 3 months to wait.

All good wishes....I am reading a book which has helped me to cope. There are loads of similar titles out there, but this one is brilliant, and in 'bite-size', which helps when we feel as we do. 'Resilient' by Rick Hanson. I have learned so often the truth of the cliche: the stuff that happens can be manageable if we have the strength. I find thyroid conditions rob us of that strength, and we really need a helping hand...or more. Thinking of you and wishing you well. X

So some early results on friday

Cancer still in neck so need another op and more iodine. Plus results this Friday regarding my lungs and chest x
