Medicheck results
Your FT4 is right at very bottom of range
FT3 is probably too low. Most people find it needs to be at least over 5
Both suggest you are sub clinical hypothyroid
Antibodies are low. You can still have Hashimoto's, even if antibodies are low, so good you are getting scan etc
Vitamins
Folate is below range. Are you now supplementing a good quality daily vitamin B complex? One with folate in not folic acid.
If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 3-5 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results

vitamin D may be better nearer 100nmol
Government recommends everyone supplement October to April

Ferritin is on low side. Eating iron rich foods can help improve, especially if you also drink orange juice alongside or vitamin C supplements
With such low FT4 and low FT3 your TSH should be much higher
Looking at possibly central hypothyroidism where pituitary is not sending message (TSH) to Thyroid
Ever had whiplash, head trauma or dramatic blood loss after giving birth?
Or because you have goitre it could be low vitamins. It’s very rare to have low iodine, and usually we say no one needs iodine when hypo..... but ask Endo to test iodine levels
Certain areas of UK eg Derbyshire have low iodine
Getting other vitamins optimal should help - and may get TSH higher
Do NOT supplement any iodine unless definitely confirmed as deficient by endo
Thank you so much for your 2 replies Slowdragon. I’ve always been such a tired person and have felt something has not been right in me for years. Could I possibly have Hashemoto? Just trying to understand more what my blood results mean. I’ve just ready this on the thyroid uk .org site:
It frequently happens that Hashimoto's disease is missed because of undue reliance on blood tests. Usually the T4 is low, although it may not be out of range. So too, may be the T3. This will suggest poor thyroid hormone output. While in the normal course of events the TSH normally rises in this situation, it may actually be normal, or even low. The reason for this is a down-grading of the hypothalamic/pituitary axis due to the state of hypo-metabolism that the low thyroid function induces. (This also applies to adrenal function, which it may be remembered, can also be damaged by autoimmune disease.)
Hello there, I finally got my iodine teated and it 64 so is insufficient. I’m feeling rather confused...
I know nothing about iodine (I have Hashimoto's)
What's the range on this test result?
Suggest you take all these results to a recommended thyroid specialist.

I have just noticed this - low iodine. It is possible to sort this out with diet. Also you have low white blood cell count which leaves you vulnerable. You should ask to check zinc levels. Low zinc can cause low white blood cells. Also check homocysteine as you had low folate... High homocysteine can be brought down by good folate, b12 and b6 levels. If you are vegan or veggie you absolutely must get a good quality b supplement as some of the b's are difficult to get from a vegetable diet, also zinc and iron.
