Any literature on high FT3 and/or suppressed TSH?

Hello,

Please could anyone provide me with links to literature that supports the theory that there are elevated risks associated with high levels of free T3 and/or suppressed TSH?

And does anyone have any links to literature supporting contrary views?

Thanks in advance,

Simon
