Do yous think I'd benefit from supplementing?

Maybe review your diet? Selenium toxicity symptoms (possible, with supplementing) include: nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, hair loss, brittle nails, peripheral neuropathy, and the characteristic smell of garlic in sweat and breath.
