Thyroid has fully recovered

I had post partum thydroiditis . My thyroid was knocked out of whack through acute stress and several miscarriages .

I took NDT for hypothyroidism for about 2 years and then began to question whether I needed medication permanently . I hadn’t been able to get pregnant over those 2 years and was very confused as I fully expected to.

I weaned off over a 3 month period with the support of an endocrinologist .

My thyroid is now functioning well , is within all the ranges and I feel well. Long may it continue .
