Speaking with another thyroid friend, I am I intrigued as to how much the thyroid levels can fluctuate on a daily/weekly basis?

If only they would have also done a study on unhealthy people for comparison, those of us who take thyroid medication.

The paper is about the daily rhythms that occur in people who are healthy. Not those of us who take thyroid hormones.

Indeed, it is the observations of this paper (and others) which have helped to suggest and even endorse taking thyroid hormone at bed-time. It is suggested that aside from everything else such as possibly improved absorption, taking at bed-time is a bit closer at approximating to these natural rhythms.”
