Can you give us the actual numbers, please - results and ranges? Just saying 'high' or 'normal' is meaningless. :)

TSH:3.17ulU/mL. 0.45-4.5

T3:4.59pg/mL. 2.0-4.4

T4:1.96ng/dL. 0.8-1.8

Well, your TSH isn't 'normal' for a start. It's too high. It's 'in-range', but that doesn't make it normal.

Usually, with a pituitary problem, the TSH is lower than that, and the Frees are bottom of the range, not over-range, so not likely to be that.

Have you had your TPO antibodies tested?

No haven’t gotten them tested my endocrinologist just wrote for me a medicine and said there is nothing to worry ..she gave me Inderal 20mg

Do you actually need a beta blocker? It looks like either the end of a Hashi flare up (which might be confirmed by antibody tests) or a bad test result
