Can you give us the actual numbers, please - results and ranges? Just saying 'high' or 'normal' is meaningless.
TSH:3.17ulU/mL. 0.45-4.5
T3:4.59pg/mL. 2.0-4.4
T4:1.96ng/dL. 0.8-1.8
Well, your TSH isn't 'normal' for a start. It's too high. It's 'in-range', but that doesn't make it normal.
Usually, with a pituitary problem, the TSH is lower than that, and the Frees are bottom of the range, not over-range, so not likely to be that.
Have you had your TPO antibodies tested?
