When to do thyroid bloods ?

I ordered rt3 whole thyroid panel to do on Monday from a medicheks . I have my medication I mean ndt and t3 at 6am and at 12pm could you please guide me what time should I have my last dose of thyroid medication before I do my test if my last dose is at 12pm and bloods are open at 8am next morning till 17:00pm?

You leave 12 hours between last dose of NDT/T3 and blood draw, so decide what time you are going for your blood draw and alter the time of your meds for the day before so there is the 12 hour gap between last dose and blood draw.

According my schedule I can not make 12 hrs if my last dose is at 12pm .all I can do is to wait maybe 10.5hrs is that ok?

Yes, that should be OK. I wouldn't take it much closer to the blood draw as it may affect FT3 result which is the most important one when on NDT and/or T3.

If I take my last t dose at 6am and drawn my bloods at 16:45pm I hope it will be ok
