Your dose is too low

Do you have enough Levothyroxine to increase to 50mcg daily

TSH should be around one (maximum of 2) when on Levothyroxine. FT4 towards top of range, your FT4 is right at bottom of range.

This clearly shows you are under medicated

Increase in dose and retest in 6-8 weeks

High antibodies confirm you have Hashimoto's

Strictly gluten free diet helps or is essential for many

Ferritin fine

B12 and folate likely too low.

You need vitamin D tested

Thank you. I realise that I'm undermedicated but don't want to increase until my visitors return to the UK in a couple of weeks. My reason is that when I last increased dosage I felt shocking for a month. At the moment I feel almost normal compared to others who are having a really bad time. Thanks for your help
