Does anyone know of trials in which t3 is injected into cells like stem cell therapy as doctors are telling me my body is not absorbing meds and this is why I am feeling so bad and weight gain

Looking at previous posts you have had massive reduction in dose from 60mcg of T3 to just 50mcg Eltroxin and 10mcg T3

No wonder you feel rubbish

Vitamin levels likely to be absolutely dire and gut function impaired

You need vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 tested asap. Push results and ranges when you get them

Do you have Hashimoto's? Diagnosed by high thyroid antibodies.

Thyroid needs retesting after 6 weeks on constant dose

All thyroid tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. When on Levothyroxine, take last dose 24 hours prior to test, and take next dose straight after test. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, GP will be unaware)

If also on T3, make sure to take last dose exactly 12 hours prior to test

When they say 'not absorbing', do they mean in the gut? Or at a cellular level?

Shaws wrote to me about this, from (unreliable) memory I think the advice from Dr Lowe was to take T3 daily doses all at once, and I think at night, in order for it to reach the cells. It would be worth contacting Shaws and asking.

Shaws is one of the administrators. If you read other people's posts you are bound to see a reply fro Shaws, then, if you click on the name circle, whatever that's called, you should be able to message Shaws directly with a private message. If that doesn't work please ask someone else, I'm on my way out to work.

From what I understand, stem therapy & T3 absorption don’t work in the same way. It would be difficult to inject the latter into every cell that needs it.

If you’re only eating once a day, your body may be in stRvation/conservation mode so it stores all the calories you eat. This has the opppsite effect to what you want as you’re not converting food to energy. I found a few things help me, including ensuring I eat a wholefood diet & ensure I get enough protein to tell my body it’s ok to use calories for energy. I’ve also found intermittent fasting suits me welll. I’m certainly not thin, but my weight has stabilised whilst doubling what I eat so i’m Not hungry all the time. Good gut health is essential, too.
