Weaning off from Adrenavive ii

Who has successfully came off from Adrenavive and how long it took for your adrenals to heal and you could go off from adrenal support ?

How much are you taking and for how long?

You could try reducing a small amount by decanting some of it and taking the reduced dose for a couple of weeks and see how you feel. If you feel okay then repeat the reduction. Or you could do a cortisol saliva test to see how well your adrenals are functioning. The saliva test would show you how much cortisol you are producing through the course of a day. It should be high in the morning and gradually decrease towards evening where is should be low.

Iam taking 1/4 morning and 1/4 afternoon for 6-7 month now side by side 2g vitamin c himalay salt and liquorice stick every morning .Before I started Adrenavive my four readings were still in range but in lower side I was tired all the time. In 5 month time it is going on higher end .do you think my adrenals don’t need any support now ? .ususally I can not sleep in the evening and when I did cortisol test three month ago it showed two highs in late afternoon and evening and two in upper range morning and mid afternoon . When I take now Adrenavive I feel weird dizzy and sleepy like first time when I overdosed and started on 1 capsule

From what you say it appears that you no longer need any adrenal support.

The reason you cannot sleep is because of high cortisol at night. If you stop the Adrenavive your night times levels should drop down.

The amount you are currently is miniscule - hardly worth taking. I would also stop the liquorice too but keep the Vitamin C.
