Hi everyone. Two days ago I got soaking wet. I was in the rain about 45 minutes, I started shivering and felt a chill in my body. Since then I have had a fever and now my bones feel cold and my joints ache.

Probably as the result of the soaking you had. Maybe take some paracetamol to bring your temperature down, keep warm and well hydrated. I doubt it's anything to do with your thyroid. This is a thyroid forum.

Thank you. I typed cold achy joints, and this site came up.

Because hypos often have cold achy joints - but all the time! Not just after a walk in the rain. :)
