What affects blood test results?

I remember reading on here that certain supplements affect thyroid blood test results but I can't seem to find that information anymore. I currently take tumeric, fish oil, vit D, vit C, CBD oil and iron. Do any of these affect blood test results if taken a day before the test?

I know it's important to have the earliest blood test on the day, without taking thyroid medications prior, but is there anything else I should know?

It's Biotin (B7), either as a stand alone supplement or part of a B Complex.

If you're testing iron/ferritin, then leave off any iron supplement for a week before testing.
