My T4 is just over range, my T3 is in range, bottom quarter. My TSH is 0.5. But still suffering from tiredness. Is it from overnedication or conversion problems?

Can you post the actual results with reference ranges. It sounds as though it could be a conversion problem.
Have you had vitamins and minerals tested
Vit D
B12
Folate
Ferritin
T3 4.7 (3.1-6.8)
T4 23.4 (12-22)
TSH 0.5
Vit D, B12, ferritin, folate all fine
