Were any of the suggestions helpful?

Did you get any of the suggested extra tests done?

What are your current nutrient levels and are you supplementing?

What are your current levels of FT4 and FT3 as well as TSH, please post reference ranges with results so that members can comment.

What are your current thyroid meds/dose?

There is no "normal". You need your levels wherever they need to be for you as an individual to feel well.

TSH is not really relevant if you don't have a thyroid. The normal range is the one on your blood results. You need to know free t4 and tree T3 to know if you are on the right dose. Do you feel well?
