Do you have raised thyroid antibodies which comfirm Hashi's? If so then your hormone levels/results/symptoms can fluctuate with antibody activity. It's not true hyperthyroidism but a Hashi's "hyper swing" which happens when the antibodies attack, the dying cells dump a load of thyroid hormone into the blood and this can cause TSH to become suppressed and Free T4 and Free T3 to be very high or over range. It's temporary and eventually things settle down again.

See from your previous post you are pregnant

Very important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 when we have Hashimoto's

But obviously especially important when pregnant

Can you add any vitamin results and ranges and say what supplements you are taking

I have gone from being hypo to hyper. I was diagnosed hypothyroid May 2017 - I have had numerous hashis antibodies tests which were all negative, and was on levothyroxine for a number of months and had started feeling better. In Dec started getting palpitations and to cut a very long story short, was diagnosed with Graves around May of this year with a positive TSI antibodies test. Endo has said verbally that I may have hashis and graves. In writing he refers to a "conversion" to Graves, whatever that means. This is very rare though apparently, and the hashis swings/flares that others refer to are much more common.
