Hi. The next meeting of the Thyroid UK Liverpool Support Group will be held on Wednesday 26 September at 7pm in the function room at the George Hotel, 1 Moor Lane, Crosby, L23 1SE. All welcome.

Hi just spotted this as earlier today I spotted in a thyroid group, may be Thyroid Group Uk, of someone wishing there was a support group near them but didn't say where but I clicked on the name and Liverpool came up. Don't know whether the group actively advertises the group other than on here but just a thought!

Hi. It’s advertised on the Thyroid Hub and a couple of other support groups on Facebook plus the Thyroid UK Facebook page and the local Crosby page. If there are any other places that members think I can advertise it please do let me know. Thanks

Thank you for that! I've co run a support group myself so I understand how helpful they can be. Unfortunately we were both taken ill with non thyroid problems so we had to stop. The only one I can think of at the moment is The one I mentioned Thyroid Group Uk on fb. It has a wide range of problems cropping up as you can imagine but I know the value of chatting to someone who knows exactly how you are feeling. Sometimes even family don't understand what is actually means! So thank you so much for your reply.

Hi. I’ll look forward to seeing you. We get usually between 7 and 15 people. I’ll look out for you - I’ve got shoulder length blonde hair and white glasses, so you should be able to pick me out. 😉
