I'm sure that lots of you would have seen and signed this petition but thought it might be useful if you haven't. "Each signature on this petition represents a patient, or a person who loves a patient who has been misdiagnosed, mistreated or dismissed by their endocrinologist".
I was wondering the same. There was a similar one about prescribing T3 recently. I couldn't find anything on change.org that they do petition parliament after the necessary numbers are reached.
It appears to be wanting to improve care internationally. I hope that signing these petitions at least raises awareness, but yes, are they seen by anyone who is prominent enough to make the changes?
This petition was started 6 years ago by Thyroid Change with the intention of putting it to endocrinologists worldwide. For the full list click on the link "39 others" underneath the picture.
Perhaps I am being as thick as two plank ends but I will ask anyway. WHERE EXACTLY DO YOU SIGN? I have scoured the article but do not see a "Sign Petition" anywhere although I see the ticker at the top right clicking up towards 50,000 every second. I am happy to sign but let me know how.
That's a pain. Maybe if you google is separately, it will come up in a more user friendly form. I had problems trying to copy and paste on my tablet last night, was doing my swede in until my husband came to my rescue 😉
One version I tried to save showed my name and town so ideally didn't want that version to be copied.
