I cannot answer your question but i only split one tablet dose just before I take it. I store the other part in a pill box which I take next day.

I don't believe they lose effectiveness but they could be slightly 'out' depends on the pill cutter.

I'm another one who only splits on tablet at a time then I store the unused half in a small screw top pot until the next day. No idea if they lose effectiveness by splitting multiple tablets and storing them, but personally I wouldn't risk it, it only takes seconds to use a pill cutter.

Thanks Susie. I will only do one at a time. I leave the house early 5am every morning and am of bleary eyed at that time, so just thought it might help. But I won’t risk it.

Thank you xx

Because I take my tablets in the early hours of the morning (when I visit the bathroom), I get my tablets ready when I go to bed and put what I need on a little tray on my bedside cabinet, along with a glass of water. Would that be better for you?
