Hi, I had good blood test results in June. Then I refilled my prescription and was given the new formulation of Naturthroid. I went downhill fast on it, lots of hypo symptoms came back. Now on NP and feel good again APART from almost constant palpitations, worse at night. Only on 1 grain, split into 2 doses. I actually didn’t take them yesterday to give me a break and no palps, so that is the cause. What do I need to do now, should I skip one day a week maybe? thanks.

As your palpitations stopped with your days break -Try reducing to 1/2 or 3/4. Maybe your uptake is better with the Acella.
It feels stronger. No real hypo symptoms at the moment (yey!) , just the side effect of the palps.

To try to see if it is Naturethroid - as it is hypoallergenic take one anti-histamine before the next dose and if you don't have a reaction there's something within it that has a reaction with you. If you still have a reaction you should report it to the Pharma Company.
With any thyroid hormone replacements you don't need to split doses and you are on only 1 grain and if dose is a bit low side for you, that can also brings on palpitations as we don't have sufficient T3 being produced and our heart struggles.
