No easy answer to that. Some do, some don't, they're all different. Some only test TSH. Some test TSH and FT4 as a general rule, some who only normally test TSH may add FT4 if TSH is out of range. My GP's lab tests TSH and FT4 normally, and will test FT3 if TSH is suppressed. Why not ask your GP, nurse or receptionist what they normally do.
