Is quaker oatmeal gluten free?
Probably not, unless it says on the tin that it is.
Oats doesn't have gluten in, but the oats are usually milled in factories that also mill other grains like wheat - which does have gluten in. It is contamination between the two that makes oats unlikely to be gluten free.
There are some brands of oat product which are gluten free - but that would be where the oats was milled in a place untouched by wheat.
Some people who have coeliac disease are sensitive to gluten-free oats too - but I think it is another protein in the oats that causes the problem, not gluten.

Guaranteed gluten free oats are not only milled in gluten free mill, but grown on land that was not used to grow wheat, rye or barley for at least 2 years
Can u tel me.plz after strting of gf iam feeli g dailyheartburn and bloated before thats i was feelinh just bloated.. Does it happens at strting?
No, it is not guaranteed to be gluten-free and many people are also sensitive to all oats. If ti doesn't seem to affect you, eat it, otherwise don't. If you stop for a month and then start again you should be able to tell
They can’t call it gluten free in case some wheat has grown in amongst it and has been added. To be honest I don’t worry about that too much. The gluten free must be more closely monitored for stray wheat plants. I am not sure what % of contamination with wheat is permitted but I can’t imagine it is very high. One has to balance purity against practicality.
